Area Description (back to top)
Corralitos is a beautiful area of southern Santa Cruz county. It is tucked happily in between Aptos and Watsonville. It is a rural area, with peace, quiet, and natural beauty in great abundance. It's zoned Residential-Agricultural for the most part. This is horse country. Lot sizes tend to be large (several acres or more) with flat and/or rolling topography. Many farms and orchards dot the countryside. The Corralitos Market is here, which has the best smokehouse anywhere in the county.
