If you are interested in learning the ins-and-outs of buying a bank-owned "REO" foreclosure property from one of the top foreclosure listing agents in Santa Cruz county, this is your chance! There are a great many myths and misconceptions when it comes to buying these properties, and this seminar will help you gain important insights into the process.

Attendance will be strictly limited to no more than 30 attendees. Please do not sign up if you are not sure you can attend. Your phone number is required so we can confirm that you will be attending, as we expect there will be a waiting list and if it turns out you can't make it, we'll want to know so we can call people on the waiting list to let them know we have a seat available.

The presentation will last approximately one hour, followed by a general question-and-answer session. We will serve cookies and coffee after the presentation and Seb (the presenter) will stick around after to answer any additional questions you may have on a one-on-one basis.

This seminar will be video taped, and although the focus will not be on the attendees, if video cameras make you uncomfortable you may want to sit this one out.
